Central Italy was struck by a powerful, 6.2-magnitude earthquake in the early hours, which has killed at least three people and devastated dozens of mountain villages. Un séisme de magnitude 6 a frappé vendredi (heure locale) la Birmanie, a annoncé l’Institut américain de géophysique (USGS).
Le séisme s’est produit à une quarantaine de kilomètres à l’ouest de la ville de Pyu, a indiqué l’USGS. Cette ville est située entre la capitale Naypyidaw et la capitale économique Rangoun.
Le tremblement de terre a été suivi par deux répliques d’une magnitude de 5,3 chacune, relate Le Nouvel Obs
