Née à Camden dans le New-Jersey dans une famille modeste, Kellyanne Conway présente un CV plutôt bien garni. Diplômée en sciences politiques avec grande distinction au Trinity College de Washington, elle a également étudié à Oxford où elle a fait partie de la prestigieuse fraternité Phi Beta Kappa.
Son diplôme de droit, elle l’a obtenu à la George Washington University Law School, où elle enseignera quelques années plus tard. A cette époque, elle exerce encore le métier d’avocat.
