The European Union will begin "exploratory contacts" with Britain to start mapping out their relationship after the UK leaves the bloc in 2019, EU President Donald Tusk said today. Cette vérité ne sort pas tous les jours de la bouche des gens, surtout quand ça vient d’un président Français à l’endroit de l’ancienne colonie.
