Le tribunal correctionnel de Lyon (centre-est) a relaxé mardi la présidente du parti d’extrême droite Front National, Marine Le Pen, poursuivie pour incitation à la haine après avoir comparé, fin 2010, les prières de rue de musulmans à l’Occupation nazie.
Marine Le Pen, dont le parti vient d’atteindre un niveau record lors d’un scrutin régional (près de 30% de votants), était jugée pour la première fois pour « provocation à la discrimination, à la violence ou à la haine envers un groupe de personnes à raison de leur appartenance à une religion ».
